Saunth (Zingiber officinale): Saunth embodies anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory properties. It eliminates germs, bacteria and viruses from the sinus area and relieves inflammation and clears the blockage to facilitate proper breathing through the nose. It also helps in stomach disorders, headaches and coughs. It helps in relieving swelling and joint related problems.
Banafsha (Viola odorata): The leaves, roots, flowers, and bark of this plant have properties such as antimicrobial, antibacterial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-asthmatic & antioxidant. It helps relieve respiratory problems such as cough, asthma, nasal congestion.
